Security for Malls and Retail Centres
Security guarding for malls, shopping centres and retail stores: static guards, CCTV monitoring, parking control and crowd management, 24/7.
A shopping centre is an open environment receiving thousands of visitors a day, which makes securing it fundamentally different from securing a closed facility. The challenge is not restricting entry, but managing visitor flow and protecting tenants and property without making shoppers feel policed.
We provide guarding teams trained in public interaction, backed by centralised CCTV monitoring, parking control and clear evacuation plans, aligned with Saudi regulatory requirements.

Frequently asked questions
How many guards does a shopping centre need?
It depends on floor area, number of entrances, average daily footfall and opening hours. We carry out a free site visit and propose a coverage plan based on actual risk points rather than a generic estimate.
Do you provide female guards for women's sections?
Yes. We provide qualified, licensed female guards for women's sections and family areas, a frequent requirement in Saudi shopping centres.
Does the service include CCTV monitoring?
Yes. A 24/7 control room for CCTV monitoring can be included in the contract, or you can opt for field guarding only.
