Security Guarding Prices & Contracts

How the cost is calculated, what raises or lowers it, and what the contract covers.

You will not find a fixed price list on this page, and that is deliberate. The cost of security guarding depends on your specific site: the number of entrances, coverage hours, the qualification level required, and how remote the location is. Any company quoting a final figure before seeing your facility is giving you an estimate that may change later.

What we offer instead: a clear explanation of what determines the price, the contract types available, and exactly what the amount covers — followed by a free site visit that produces an itemised quotation.

What determines the price?

Number of guards

Driven by entrances, observation points and site area rather than a general estimate. The site visit is what settles this number.

Coverage hours

A single shift differs entirely from 24-hour cover. Continuous cover requires three shifts plus relief for days off.

Qualification level

A gate guard differs from a security supervisor, a close-protection officer or a control-room operator, and each level carries its own cost.

Site location

Remote sites add transport, accommodation and catering costs that city sites do not carry.

Contract duration

Annual contracts price better than short-term ones, because they allow a stable team and reduce guard turnover.

Special requirements

Female guards, patrol vehicles, radios or a control-room operator are each priced as separate line items.

Security contract types

Annual contract

Best for permanent facilities: factories, malls, hospitals and corporate offices. Gives the best rate and a stable team that knows your site.

Project contract

For the project duration, months or years, scaling guard numbers by phase — common on construction projects.

Event cover

Priced by day or hour for conferences and exhibitions, covering build-up and breakdown, not just event days.

Partial cover

Night or weekend shifts only, where risk is concentrated in specific hours. A more economical option for small compounds and offices.

What the price includes

Everything below sits inside the contracted amount — no additional charges later.

  • Full guard salaries and allowances
  • Social insurance and medical cover
  • Uniforms and guard equipment
  • Field supervision and inspection visits
  • Immediate replacement for absence or leave
  • Shift reports and incident documentation

Pricing FAQ

How much does a security guard cost per month?

There is no single fixed rate, and any company quoting a figure before seeing your site is giving an estimate, not an offer. Cost varies with coverage hours, qualification level, site location and contract duration. We provide an accurate quote after a free site visit.

Does the price include insurance and allowances?

Yes. The contracted price covers salaries, allowances, insurance, uniforms and supervision. No additional amounts are requested later for these items.

What is the shortest possible contract?

We cover events for a single day and temporary projects by the month. Annual contracts price better because they allow a stable team.

Can guard numbers change mid-contract?

Yes. Numbers adjust to actual need, whether seasonal or by project phase, and the price updates to match only that change.

Do you provide guards on hire for companies?

Yes. We supply guards to companies on flexible contracts starting from one guard per shift, with field supervision and immediate absence cover.
